Mission Hills Chiropractic & Massage is based in Mission, BC serving the Fraser Valley since 1997. Lead by Dr Ryan Kowalski, we are here to help and treat individuals and families in their recovery from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, work injuries and day to day ailments from the curveballs of life through an array of techniques tailored to the individual. I have been going to Mission Hills for almost 10 years and they are amazing. The new owner, Ryan Kowalski is fantastic. Not only is he very personable but he actually listens when you are talking to him, you can see in his eyes that he deeply cares about what he is doing and wants the best for his patients. Like the last owner, the receptionist is amazing as well! Very organized and everything is always on time.

I have been going to Mission Hills Chiropractic & Massage for over a year. Ryan is an amazing chiropractor. My body has been affected by CPTSD (brain developed in amygdala, fight, flight, freeze brain) and with Ryan’s knowledge he has been able to alleviate the pressure when my muscles don’t relax enough. I have a few injuries and I am able to function without as much pain. Thank you to the amazing staff who are friendly and courteous as well. I won’t be going anywhere else.
